All prices on h2ogas.shop are shown and charged in US dollars (USD). Your bank converts to your local currency where needed.

We accept major credit and debit cards and PayPal. Payments are processed on secure, PCI-DSS compliant systems and we never store your full card number.

Yes. Card and PayPal details are entered directly with the payment provider over an encrypted connection. H2ogas does not see or store your full card number.

Contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped we can usually change or cancel it. Once shipped, our return policy applies.

Shipping is free on orders over $55.00, and a flat $6.90 below that. International duties are separate.

Orders are processed in 1–2 business days. Tracked delivery is typically 3–7 business days in the US and UK, and 7–14 days for the rest of the world.

Yes, we ship worldwide with tracking. Import duties or taxes may be charged by your country on arrival and are the customer’s responsibility.

Unused items can be returned within 14 days in their original packaging. Food-contact items cannot be returned once opened for hygiene reasons, unless faulty. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Send us a photo within 30 days and we will arrange a free replacement or refund, including any return postage. Glass items are double-boxed for protection.

Yes. We use food-grade materials — BPA-free plastics, borosilicate or soda-lime glass and platinum silicone. Each product page lists its materials and care instructions.

Most bodies are top-rack dishwasher safe, while some lids, seals and bamboo parts are hand-wash. Check the care notes on each product page.
