h2ogas.shop is operated by H2O HEATING AND GAS SERVICES LIMITED, a company registered in England & Wales (company number 05632085), registered office Y Garth, Capel Seion Road Drefach, Llanelli, SA14 7BN. By browsing the site or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Using the site
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. You agree to provide accurate account and delivery information and not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation or attempt to access it unlawfully.
3. Products & descriptions
We sell physical kitchen storage and homeware products only. We take care to describe products accurately, but photographs are illustrative and colours may vary slightly between screens. Capacities and dimensions are approximate. Products are intended for domestic food-storage use as described and should be used in line with the care instructions provided.
4. Pricing & currency
All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and are inclusive of our margin but exclusive of any import duties or local taxes that may apply on delivery. We try to keep prices accurate; if we discover an obvious pricing error after you order, we will contact you to confirm or cancel before shipping.
5. Orders & when a contract forms
When you place an order you make an offer to buy. We confirm receipt by email; a binding contract forms only when we send a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, a pricing error occurred, or we cannot verify payment — and will refund any amount taken.
6. Payment
Payment is taken through our payment providers (such as Stripe and PayPal) using secure, PCI-DSS compliant systems. We do not store full card numbers. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.
7. Delivery
Delivery times, costs and responsibilities are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these terms. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
8. Returns & cancellation
Your return and refund rights, including the 14-day return window and the exceptions for hygiene and food-contact items, are set out in our Refund & Return Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
9. Warranty & liability
We warrant that goods will be as described and of satisfactory quality. If an item is faulty or not as described, we will repair, replace or refund it in line with your legal rights. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, and nothing here removes any mandatory protection available to you under the law of your country of residence.
